THE LEADERSHIP
Faisal Rashid Faruqi
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Faisal Faruqi brought 29 years of corporate and financial management experience to his role as Group COO and CFO at DGDA.
During his tenure, he drew on extensive leadership experience gained across senior roles, including as Group CFO of King Abdullah Economic City, where he led the successful delivery of landmark projects such as King Abdullah Port, Royal Greens Golf Course, and a substantial residential footprint.
He was also instrumental in the creation of multiple subsidiaries, the introduction of a holding company structure, and the securing of multi-billion-riyal funding for the mega project.
Sultan Fouad Masoom
Chief Executive Officer
Sultan Masoom brings over 18 years of multidisciplinary leadership experience spanning Fortune 500, FTSE 100, and Tadawul-listed companies, as well as senior roles within national and regional government authorities.
He currently serves as CEO of Urban Ventures Holding Co. and Board Member of Urban Ventures Homes Company in Jeddah. His previous roles include Vice President at Jeddah Development Authority, Director General at the Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority, and key positions at UBS AG and KPMG.
He is also a founding partner of Alfouadiya (investment management), OMQ (private equity), and Sukna (venture capital).
Muhammad Fahad Qureshi
Design Director
Muhammad Fahad Qureshi brings over 20 years of architectural and interior design expertise spanning the Middle East. He currently serves as Principal Architect of Q8 Architecture and Director of Design at Jamjoom Design Studio in Jeddah, where he leads landmark projects of regional significance, such as Palaces, Airports and Institutional Buildings.
Over the course of his career, he has held senior roles including Lead Architect at the renowned Zuhair Fayez Partnership, where he contributed to landmark projects of regional significance. His portfolio reflects a multidisciplinary approach, combining technical precision with design innovation to deliver spaces that balance functionality with aesthetic impact.

The Beginning
Pioneered the multi-level living concept in 2008, with the very first boutique villa, introducing duplex layouts and infinity pools—laying the foundation for a new standard in residential design.
